With Maison Barnes Paris Trocadéro, BARNES is developing a unique vision of the serviced residence in the heart of Paris’s 16th arrondissement: a discreet address where the spirit of a pied-à-terre meets the standards of French luxury hospitality. To strengthen the positioning of this high-end residence, Maison Boissière is being renamed Maison Barnes Paris Trocadéro.
To lead this first five-star address, the leading luxury real estate group has surrounded itself with Sébastien de la Croix, a seasoned hotelier who has worked in some of the finest establishments, from the Palace Hôtel de Crillon to the InterContinental Paris Champs-Élysées and the Martinez in Cannes. A choice that reflects BARNES’s ambition in hospitality, built around a distinctive concept combining the experience of five-star hotel service with the autonomy and privacy of a Parisian pied-à-terre.
“Feeling at home as in a hotel, and vice versa,” summarizes the General Manager of Maison Barnes Paris Trocadéro.
Behind its discreet façade, the address brings together these two promises, just steps from the Trocadéro and the Champs-Élysées. Here, guests will find 16 apartments ranging from 45 to 110 sqm — including 5 signature apartments — each with refined and personalized décor. All are complemented by tailor-made services designed to adapt to each guest’s rhythm: breakfast, in-room dining, dedicated concierge, personal trainer, massages… services that guests will have pre-booked via a dedicated app.
“This allows us to anticipate our guests’ needs and welcome them in the best possible way, while focusing on what matters most: people,” explains Sébastien de la Croix, adding:
“Connection and interaction are at the heart of this concept and our vision of hospitality. It is an approach greatly appreciated by our guests, some of whom were previously accustomed to traditional luxury hotels.”
The property also features a fitness area and wellness offering, a lounge, a peaceful interior garden, and a massage room. Everywhere, the spirit and approach of an elegant family home. Here, simplicity never compromises excellence, and chic reaches its peak in a relaxed version.
“A family spirit, but never overly familiar,” concludes the host, who wants his guests to feel truly at home. Everything contributes to this, from the possibility of hiring a private chef to entertain friends in one’s apartment to a trunk storage service allowing guests to leave their belongings between stays. It is therefore no surprise that Maison Barnes Paris Trocadéro already counts many returning guests.
This address also opens a broader new chapter for BARNES, which aims to bring together its hospitality, restaurant, and events activities under a single brand.
