Located at 85 Avenue Kléber, five minutes' walk from Maison Boissière, this restaurant is the first standalone address of Mathieu Pacaud — son of Bernard Pacaud, the master of L'Ambroisie (3 Michelin stars, Place des Vosges) and one of the most respected chefs of his generation.
Opened in December 2014, Hexagone earned a Michelin star in 2016, before Mathieu Pacaud added Histoires — a confidential gastronomic restaurant of just 18 covers, nested within the restaurant itself and awarded two Michelin stars. A house within a house, for the most demanding epicureans.
